Dosage & Administration
Using aseptic technique inject a single 5 mL dose Sub-Q in cattle or 2.5 mL in sheep. Repeat in 21 to 28 days and once annually.
Precautions
Store out of direct sunlight at a temperature between 35∞ to 45∞ F. Avoid freezing. Shake well before using. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Anaphylactoid reactions may occur.

Uses
Bar-Vac 8 is recommended for vaccination of healthy, susceptible cattle and sheep against disease caused by Clostridium chauvoei, Cl septicum, Cl haemolyticum, Cl novyi, Cl sordellii, Cl perfringens Types C and D. Immunity may be provided against the beta and epsilon toxins elaborated by Cl perfringens Type B. This immunity is derived from the combination of Type C and Type D fractions.
