Description

Bovine Rhinotracheitis-Virus Diarrhea-Parainfluenza3 - Respiratory Syncytial Virus Vaccine, Killed Virus, Haemophilus Somnus, Leptospira Canicola-Grippotyphosa-Hardjo-Icterohaemorrhagiae-Pomona Bacterin. Elite 9-HS contains neomycin and thimerosol as preservatives.

Elite 9-HS is a safe, efficacious killed virus vaccine for use in cattle of all ages and stages of reproduction.

Dosage & Administration

Using aseptic technique inject a 5 mL dose IM. Repeat in 14 to 28 days. A 5 mL booster dose is recommended annually or prior to time of stress or exposure. Calves vaccinated under 6 months of age should be revaccinated at weaning or at 6 months of age.

Precautions

Store at 35∞ - 45∞ F (2∞ - 7∞ C). Do not freeze. Shake well before using. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 21 days of slaughter. Anaphylactoid reactions may occur.

Antidote: Epinephrine.

Uses

Elite 9-HS is recommended for vaccination of healthy, susceptible dairy and beef cattle of all ages, including pregnant cows and veal calves against disease caused by IBR, BVD, PI3 , BRSV, and L canicola, L grippotyphosa, L hardjo, L icterohaemorrhagiae, L pomona and H somnus.
